who has changed the bad culture to be better to be able to enjoy god’s
paradise.
I
say thank you very much to the master/mistress of ceremony having given me time
to speech in front of audience.
Ladies
and gentlemen, in this a good chance i would like to give my speech under the
title “What Should the Government Do to
Shatter The Corruption In Indonesia ?”
Ladies and gentlemen
From
200 million more the population of indonesia. Let’s try to count how many
people could get prosperity and how many people couldn’t get it. It means that
they are still in a poor line. From those, perhaps only 40% that they could get
proper life, but how about 60% ? we can see beggars on the ways, bad nutrient
and many others in our environment. It means that prosperity and social justice
can’t spread all over in indonesia, as like the basic principle of the refublic
indonesia said at the third moral principle “social justice to all
indonesian people”.
Corruption
loads indonesian people majority especially for poor people, it risks for macro
and micro economy, threaten money stability and law. Therefore, what should the
governmner do to shatter the corruption in our country, and does dead
punishment become the right answer to shatter the corruptors in Indonesia? Not,
dead punishment doesn’t become the right answer to shatter the corruptors.
There are two reasons why dead punishment doesn’t become the right punishment.
First, dead
punishment is a classic form punishment within the history of penalization
theory. Condex Hammubary from Babilonia recorded as very classic law source who
allows dead punishment within modern state context. And dead punishment appears
many debates. Particulary because of it incompatible by human fundamental
rightful authority.
Second, dead
punishment doesn’t have an investigation to justify and indicating lowering of
corruption point and the simple paramenter could be used to know does dead
punishment influence to the decrease or abolishment of corruption are using
corruption perception index which published by international transparency.
Brothers and sisters
Latvia
and Tiongkok are the example country which apply dead punishment to shatter the
corruptors. Latvia been at 49 position with 53 corruption perception index,
while Tiongkok been at 80 position with 40 corruption perception index. And
Indonesia has 32 corruption perception index although doesn’t apply dead
punishment to shatter the corruptor. And Denmark, Selandia Baru are the higest
corruption perception index don’t dead punishment for every criminality
acording corruption.
After
seeing both of country (Latvia and Tiongkok) that dead punishment couldn’t
shatter the corruption at all. Then, what kind of approach could be used to
shatter the corruption ?. The proper alternative to consider this serious
problem is by impoverishment. It will make the new alternative to
shatter the corruptors and deporting country asset.
If
only this country were free from corruptions i’m really sure that Indonesia
will be the lion at Asian market. So that why let’s shatter the corruption in
our country by destitution.
Ladies
and gentlemen, thank you very much for your nice attiontion and i do apologize
if i have may mistakes. May our God bless us forever. My name is Ma’sum back to
you...
